You are a doctor

It’s true. We are all doctors , doctors of our own bodies. I don’t mean you take place of a physician when needed. This is more about keeping yourself healthy. A preventative, a pro active approach to your daily life.  You should get to know yourself.
That is if you can learn to be so in-tuned with your own  body.
Have you been able to pin point the exact spot on your body that is misaligned ? Or even “feel “ when things are off and notice if the body responds well to these adjustments..

It’s true/ you can do your own experimenting and know first hand how things feel. Keeping a daily journal is a good place to track how you feel along with your activity and diet for the day.
Start with your food, you can keep track of what you eat; how you felt - and simply by keeping track over time you’ll start to see patterns.
How you feel might be based on several variables. the time you ate, the amount you ate. How much sleep you had . How stressful was your day-? We all have a stress threshold that you learn over time. - and starting to pay attention to how you feel is a good place to start.
Once you recognize those stressors you can manage it.
“Dosing “ the stress.  You will begin t see patterns of what works well and learn your limits.

I can’t stress enough the importance of knowing how to feel your best.
It’s always a choice. Starting with Self care. Being your best doctor means being honest with yourself, that means listening to your body. What does it need-? When you tune in- and tune everything else out - you can live your best life.

Develop your daily rituals that become the habits ; actions you take to live the life you want.
